I work in a Pre-K - 12th-grade public charter school and service the Pre-K through 5th-grade students and staff. We have about 800 students and staff on this side of the building. Staying organized is a major part of the day when you are always multi-tasking. Our students come from all over the community since we are a commuter school. This means that some are well off while others need a helping hand and lots of extra love. I try to get to know the names of every student here at SkyView and learn something special about each of them. Our favorite thing to tell everyone here is "You Matter" and they do! Our students love being here because they are safe and healthy, and that they matter. They know they are making a difference right now wherever they go. I love working in an environment that fosters character-building in students and staff. Without amazing staff members, you won't have amazing students. SVA Rocks!
