Manga are Real Books

Thank you so much for fully funding our Donor's Choose Project! We are so excited to be getting our books!! The students will be thrilled to read all the different Manga books, and the flexible seating will go a long way to giving students the chance to move around. It does my heart good to know people still care about our kids and their education in this pandemic world.”

This classroom project was brought to life by The DonorsChoose Community and 3 other donors.

We are transitioning to a new school halfway through the year, which means we have no library. My students are anime and Manga maniacs and are desperately asking me to fill the library. My students will use these books and flexible seating options to make our classroom library feel like a piece of home they are desperately missing. The students have requested Naruto books and other Manga-style books for them to read. I have 23 fourth graders and all but maybe three of them are into anime. This would go a long way for our classroom and making it feel like a home away from home.
