As a history teacher I work really hard to teach my students how to use Primary Documents and resources but with only a black and white copier it can be hard to see all details of a document or political cartoon. I often have to put them on the TV screen or have them look online which often distracts them from the assignment. With these resources I will be able to create classroom sets of resources that I can use repeatedly with students and will give them a hands on learning environment. I will use these to create learning stations where students can work in groups to discuss the documents and how they relate to our topic that day. We will use the binders to create collections of primary documents and political cartoons over specific topics in history that can be used throughout the year. The post it notes will be used to create group discussions using the documents that have been created with the printer.
