Funded Oct 16, 2024The dollhouse has arrived! EVERYONE is sooooo excited and were working on taking turns so everyone has a chance to play while we work out rules for sharing, playing kindly, using our imagination, clean-up, and more!
When the boxes arrived students were squealing with glee. I decided to build the doll house while the students had their play time. They decided to grab chairs and create a circle around me so they could all have a front row seat to see their new doll house come to life. They were so curious and dripping in anticpation.
To see the joy this new toy has brought is so exciting. I can't wait to see all they learn while playing throughout the rest of this year!
Thank you for your generosity and for giving my students such an amazing way to play!”

Funded Jun 23, 2024Thank you for helping me create an amazing classroom with these colorful and cozy rugs! So much learning has happened on these rugs. I can't imagine our classroom without them!
The smaller rug is by our shelf with cars and trains. Student flock here each day to play with the various cars and drive them on the roads on the rug. During our play time there are usually 4-6 kids playing in this area! I am so thankful they have a cozy and functional place to play.
The huge rug with dots is the heart of our classroom! We do all of our whole group learning on this rug. Students know to find a circle to sit on. This helps them have their own space so they are focused and ready to learn. With out this rug we'd be sitting at our tables or on cold tile floor. I am so thankful to have this rug!”

Funded Jul 22, 2024Thank you so much for your generosity in provided all of these amazing resources for my new PreK classroom! My students have had so many opportunities to learn in new ways because of these items.
One of the biggest hits is the AlphaPals - these are plush letters of the whole alphabet. They come in a big bean bag and each week we unzip the bag and pull out our new letter of the week. The students go wild! They love the anticipation and we hang the letter up for the whole week. At the end of the week the plush letter goes into our play area. Students love playing with the plush letters and naming them and practicing their letter sounds.
The puzzles have also been so important to our learning! As students enter the classroom each day they hang up their things and then they pick a puzzle to take to their seats. Everyone enjoys different puzzles as we wait for all of our students to arrive. Their favorites are the different egg puzzles and the magnetic dress up characters.
Thank you for helping my create a classroom that is rich in play and learning!”

Funded Jan 13, 2023This filament for our 3D printers has been such a great addition to our learning. We have printed flexible sharks, cord holders/organizers, cup holders, bookmarks and more! We have also done some trouble shooting and learning how to adjust when things don't turn out the way we want.
Student have been mesmerized by the 3D printers and love to watch it print and see our designs change as they finish.
We went on a field trip to our local public library where students learned to design their own bookmarks. It was so great to see them learn how to design as well as see their creations get printed.
Thank you for creating such rich learning experiences for my students!”

STEM Tools
Funded Dec 31, 2022To say you have made my students' week would be an understatement. When the boxes arrive to our classroom they went wild. They have been working extra hard to earn STEM time this week. The Sphero coding mats were met with ooooohhs and aaaahhhhs as students thought about all the ways they could use them with our robots. The Specdrums have been charged and are already making music. Lastly, the GoCube rubix cubes have met the perfect challenge with my Gifted and Talented students as they have troubleshooted, argued, and problem solved together. We have only had these resources for a little over a week and they are already challenging my students.
Thank you!”

Bird Watchers
Funded Nov 14, 2022Yay! The birds are back! Thank you for helping to create this awesome bird watching experience for my students. Our bird feeders are full, snow is coming, and we are excited to keep attracting birds to our classroom window. My students love the responsibility of feeding the birds. We learn about all the important things we need for a bird habitat and we have food and water covered. One of my students commented that he loves his seat in our classroom because it's quiet, relaxing, and he can watch the birds.
Thank you for helping created awesome learning experiences for my students!”

Funded Sep 21, 2022This group of ravenous readers is so thankful for your generosity! I have taught 3rd grade for years but this school year, due to numbers, I have a third and fourth grade split. My fourth graders had already devoured all of the books in our classroom so it was time for an upgrade. This projected funded the series of Harry Potter, Keeper of Lost Cities, 13-Story Treehouse, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Wings of Fire, Percy Jackson, and more! My fourth graders have been busy working through these books. The Harry Potter bug has definitely hit our classroom and I am so happy to hear them talking about the books on their own time. Thank you for sharing your love of reading with my students!”

Funded Oct 17, 2022My class loves to read! Thank you for sharing your love of reading with us! Most importantly, thank you for donating this wonderful variety of books for my growing readers. Through the pandemic this group of students really missed out on a lot of early literacy instruction. I have seen huge gaps which is no fault of these amazing students. These books are for growing readers but don't look like simple early readers. They have grade level appropriate content and illustrations and my students love reading them. Thank you for helping these readers grow!”

This & That
Funded Oct 18, 2022Thank you for providing these resources for our classroom!
We use the Clorox wipes multiple times a day - after breakfast and to clean up at the end of the day. They also come in handy with spills. The Clorox wipes keep our classroom disinfected and my students healthy.
The colored ink and TpT gift card allow me to create resources for our classroom that will last for years. I also have been able to purchase awesome activities to help reinforce what we are learning in math and reading.
Thank you for bringing this project to life and for keeping our classroom running smoothly!”
