• Exploring Space with First Graders!

  My first graders are naturally curious, imaginative, and eager to explore the universe—and because of your generous support, our classroom transformed into a vibrant hub of space discovery!

  The amazing books about planets, constellations, the Sun, and the Moon sparked such excitement. My students couldn't get enough—they read, learned, and then brought their ideas to life in the most creative ways! They made their own space centers, drew the solar system, sketched the Sun, and even imagined and illustrated their own planets. The books gave them the knowledge, language, and inspiration to explore space through both science and art.

  The LEGO astronaut sets and themed décor made our classroom feel like mission control. The telescope brought the Moon's craters into view and made the stars feel just a little closer. And during Open House, families were thrilled to see how much their children had learned during our astronomy unit.

  Your support brought the magic of space right into our first-grade classroom. Thank you for helping my students dream big, explore boldly, and reach for the stars!”

• Mission: Solar System – First Graders Explore Space Through Art!

  Our space-themed art project has officially launched, and it's been a huge success in our first-grade classroom—all thanks to your generous support!

  With your help, our young astronomers brought the solar system to life. They've painted vibrant planets, created crater-filled moons, designed beautiful constellations, and explored galaxies with so much joy and wonder. Their excitement was contagious! One parent even shared how much their child's creativity and fine motor skills have grown, all because of the exposure to art.

  Every brushstroke sparked curiosity. Every star sticker lit up their imagination. You've given my students a powerful gift: the chance to learn through hands-on discovery and express themselves through art.

• Marshie’s Legacy: Inspiring First Graders Through Friendship and Learning!

  Marshie has truly become a beloved part of our classroom. Recently, students designed armor and shells for him after learning about animal structures, and during Reading Across America Week, he became a reading companion. One student even dressed their Marshie in cozy robes for Pajama Day!
