We will use the Kindles in a technology center where the students can work on needed skills such as literacy and math on ABCmouse. The digital cameras will be placed around the room so children can document their learning from their point of view. My project will individually motivate students to learn and be prepared for kindergarten through the use of technology. My Pre-K students have limited access to technology at home and school. Greater immersion in technology at this age will prepare my students for the continual advancements in the field of technology. My project will allow me to work with students individually on skills they need for Kindergarten and to build their knowledge of technology. It will also allow my students to independently have some control in their learning. I hope that the technology we can provide through this project will give my students a strong foundation to start their school careers.
