  • Listening And Learning Brought To The 21st Century!

    Funded Dec 31, 2010

I cannot thank you enough!! My students are overjoyed! The package arrived today during Sustained Silent Reading (ironic) and the students had a very hard time staying silent! As soon as our principal announcent that the school-wide silent reading was over, my students were immediately in a circle on the carpet, waiting to open their new tag readers!

My students tore into the package to find their new reading tools and could not wait for me to put in the batteries for them to start reading!

Thank you so much for your donation and building this passion for reading in my students!!!

Thanks from the bottom of our hearts!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Stanford

  • Let's Work Together To Make This World A Better Place!

    Funded Dec 28, 2010

My students are so excited! We entered the room today to boxes of new things from you (they came earlier than expected!!!!)! I cannot begin to tell you the feel in our room this morning. We opened the boxes as fast as their little fingers could move and had to have a center time this morning so that they could try their new manipulatives out.

I want to thank you for giving my students the opportunity to work in groups to create new things. It was so exciting to hear them speak like little engineers this morning trying to figure out how all their new things worked!

I want to thank you from the bottom of all of our hearts!!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Stanford

  • Literacy Center Leads to More Indepedent Fun!

    Funded Sep 10, 2010

I would like to thank you so much for your contributions for the new supplies in our classroom. Now that all are put together and officially being used the students are thrilled. I cannot explain the joy on their faces. When they entered the room this morning and realized that their new supplies were out for them to use.

My students and I are very thankful that there are people like you to bring the things we need to our classroom! I appreciate everything you've done for my students and cannot thank you enough!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Stanford

  • Reading Made Quicker, Easier, and More Organized

    Funded Apr 17, 2010

I would like to thank you for your generosity from the bottom of my heart. My students were an active part of this project from day one. They were just as excited as I was to come into the classroom this morning with the surprise package awaiting us. We eagerly opened the box of little leveled readers and began to enjoy them immediately. It's a blessing to have materials that are leveled to meet each and every child's needs in our room. The students are already begging to create thank you cards to show their appreciation.

Once again thank you for everything you have done for us, complete strangers. If only the world was filled with more people like you!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Stanford

I remember classrooms full of useful tools and manipulatives to make my learning fun, exciting, hands on, and lifelong! I would like to create these vivid memories in the minds of my students!
