  • Math and Reading Come Together!

    These math stories have been paired with every skill covered in second grade! Not only have my students been improving their math concepts and skills, but they have been strengthening their reading as well! My students and I will come together at the carpet and share these stories before our math skill is introduced.

    My students also have the opportunity to expand their learning by using these readers during their station time and group work. The possibilities are endless with how my students are using these stories to better themselves as mathematicians and as readers.”
