• Pre-K Super Soccer Sport Stars Need Equipment!

  Wow! We are so amazed at the generosity that you have shown for our Pre-K class! We love our new sports and gross motor equipment. The children love to play soccer with the pop up nets and soccer ball in our schoolyard. They are having a great time learning how to work in a team, learning how to play soccer, and getting the exercise they need. We love the ease of using the wagon to transport our equipment. The children also love the scooter boards, balls, jump ropes, ribbons, and other sports equipment we received. We use them daily at recess time! Thank you for your kind donation to our Pre-K class, we are so grateful for your generosity!”

• Please Help Our Pre-K Artists Get Art Supplies!

  Thank you so much for donating art supplies to our Pre-K classroom! The children were so excited when they received the art materials! The children in my class do not have art instruction this year. It was essential that they have access to art instruction and art materials. We are so grateful that you have helped us get the art supplies we need so I can teach art to my class and the children have daily access to an art center where they can explore their creativity. The children have been having fun painting, drawing, and making collages everyday, all thanks to you! We are very grateful for your generosity and the help you have given us so our class can learn through art!”

The children were so excited when they saw the new learning materials and use these materials daily in our new STEM center.   Thank you so much for donating tablets and headphones to our Pre-K class! The educational tablets you donated are preloaded with educational games for 3 different levels and tracks the student's progress. This has allowed our tablet center to be personalized, differentiated, and fun for all of the children. They absolutely love the tablets and have learned important, age appropriate, academic concepts while they had a blast using them. • Wanted: Mindfulness in Pre-K!

  Thank you so much for your donation of yoga and mindfulness materials to our Pre-k classroom! The children love the books, games, music cds, instruments, sound machine, essential oils, and yoga pillow that we received. They are practicing breathing techniques to self regulate, discussing their feelings, what is means to be mindful, and using various techniques to calm down and enjoy the present moment. It has really changed how they are able to listen, get along, and control their emotions so they can focus on learning in different ways. We are looking forward to continuing learning about this throughout the year. We are very grateful for the opportunity to have yoga instruction and mindfulness in our classroom all thanks to your generosity and the fact that you care about us. Thank you once again!”

• Pre-K Kids Need New Projection Technology In Our Class!

  Thank you so much for donating a projection screen to our Pre-K classroom! This is an important piece of technology we needed so the children can see items from our computer, tablet, and Elmo. Having a great view of our learning activities allows the children to understand what is happening and allows them to be actively engaged in the learning we do through technology. • Pre-K Kids Need a New Listening Center!

  Thank you for your generous donations of a new listening center and books with CDs to our Pre-K class. The children were so excited when they saw the new learning materials arrive! Now our listening center is a much demanded center! Our students love having a variety of books, some new stories and some old time favorites to listen to at the center. They read along as they listen to the books and many children have learned important reading skills through this fun activity. Many children also learned sight words in a fun and meaningful way which helped them to become more fluid readers. We are so grateful that you helped our class receive much needed learning materials. • In A Time Of Exclusion, We Must Teach Inclusion!

  Thank you so much for your generous donations to our Pre-K class! The children absolutely love the various learning materials we received to make inclusion a part of our everyday experience. The children use the dollhouse and play people you have donated to create families and friends of multi-abilities and cultures during their imaginative play. They use the globe to learn abut the different countries of the world. They enjoy and learn from the books about the wonderful achievements of women and African Americans. They use the multicultural instruments at Music and Movement Time and they love it! I could go on and on about how these donations help our class learn about inclusion and empathy through fun hands-on activities! We are so grateful for your generosity and help. • Pre-K Super Readers Want To Learn Super Sight Words!

  Wow! The students were so excited when our new sight word learning materials arrived! They wanted to play with the games right away! They use our sight word center everyday and some are beginning to read the words! The children who already knew some sight words now know more! We are so grateful for the materials you have donated for the children to learn sight words through fun hands-on activities and games. The best part is that they are also learning phonics and spelling skills while having a great time! My Pre-K students absolutely love the generous donations you have given our class!”

• Sleepy Pre-K Students Need A Place To Rest!

  Thank you so much for donating new, folding nap mats to our Pre-K class! The children are now able to store their nap mat in their individual cubbies and access the mats themselves. They feel so independent and proud to do this! They love that the mats have a built in "pillow" and they are enjoying these mats immensely at nap time. The children are now getting the sleep they need on their comfortable, new mats all thanks to your generous donations! We are so grateful you cared about us and donated to this project for our class.
