  • Spreading Kindness with Cooking

    Thank you so much for funding the cooking tools for my classroom. My students will be using these to learn to be independent and cook for themselves. I hope to help them become more independent in their ability to follow a recipe and cook. These tools are key. These students will be excited to learn to use these tools in their classroom. I can't wait to share your generosity with them. I can picture the excitement on their faces. It makes me smile.”

The students need to get sensory breaks in order to focus during learning. The bean bags chair will give the students somewhere to go where they can relax and look at the sensory toys. Some of the students come in tired and just want to lay down. This will be a good reward for the students to go on once they completed the word they needed to do. Having the bins will also help while teaching to have everything in one spot so the student doesn't have any down time. The bins will keep the class organized where the students can't just grab the objects.
