  • Robotics Storage for Enthusiastic Engineers!

    Funded Oct 13, 2021

Thank you so much for helping my VEX Robotics Club get organized.

My students were thrilled when I first unpacked and assembled the the rolling storage cart. As you can see in the pictures, my students have been using this storage unit extensively to store Robotics metal parts, gears, wheels, motors, etc.

The small parts, storage drawer has made it so easy for students to find and store screws, nuts, nut retainers, standoffs, etc.

These resources have helped save my students a lot of valuable time, and taught them valuable organization skills.

Thank you so much for your generosity.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Sharma

  • Food for Thought!

    Funded Dec 23, 2021

Than you so much for helping fund this project. My robotics club students will be so excited when they hear about their treats and snacks for those after school club meetings.

These supplies will especially come in handy as we head into competition season, right after winter break.

    Much appreciation and gratitude!”

  • Future Programmers in the Making!

    Funded Sep 4, 2021

Thank you for your tremendous support and generosity. I was so grateful for the expedited manner in which this project was funded by our community.

My students have really enjoyed and benefited from the SCRATCH Project and Games books.

These books have helped my students get the means to work on paired programming, which in turn has brought a sense of collaboration and community to our Computer Science classroom.

As soon as the students are proficient in block based programming, we will venture into s Python - text based programming.

My students and I want to shout out a big THANK YOU and we hope to continue receiving your support for future projects.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Sharma

  • Teaching Engineering and Robotics from Home

    Funded Jan 17, 2021

This document camera has made a tremendous difference to my virtual teaching classroom.

Now with a few clicks, I can demonstrate activities and show student specific materials.

The past few months were a struggle, as I had to prerecord any demonstrations and then upload them onto our learning management system, so my students could access them. Gone are those days. Now I am able to demonstrate gear mechanisms builds and digital electronic activities in a matter of seconds.

Thank you for providing yet another resource to help me maximize my students' virtual learning experience.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Sharma

  • Makeshift at Home Engineering Classroom

    Funded Nov 30, 2020

I finally feel better equipped to teach Engineering and Robotics from home.

The 5 drawer tool chests have drastically reduced my transition time between classes. I can now use separate work areas for diverse courses. While my robotics materials do take up the majority of my work space, I now have drawers assigned for my digital electronics materials, as well as my 7th grade materials. This has allowed me to dedicate more time to demonstrations, and easy access to materials.

Thank you for helping me provide my students an efficient and effective learning experience in this extremely hard virtual learning environment.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Sharma
