The Social Emotional Classroom
Funded Sep 20, 2024I am incredibly humbled by all of your generosity! It means so much to me that you have chosen to trust me and believe in me to create my SEL program. I believe in SEL so much and cannot wait to pass on the valuable lessons to the next generation. Thank you so much!”

Funded Oct 31, 2023I am profoundly grateful for your kind donation which allowed me to purchase a small group instruction table and cushions for my classroom. Having this special space to work with students needing extra academic support or enrichment makes an incredible difference in addressing individual learning needs. Now students requiring more focused skill development and attention can learn in smaller, quieter sessions tailored specifically to enable their success. Not only does the new seating accommodate targeted lessons, but it also provides privacy that helps these children feel more secure opening up with questions and struggles. Your gift is empowering students to excel by creating access to instruction that meets them exactly where they are. Please know your generosity transforms young lives – thank you for believing in the potential of all my students.”

Funded Sep 6, 2023I am deeply grateful for your anonymous donation towards alternative seating options for my classroom. Thanks to gifts from caring donors like yourselves, I'm able to provide seating adjustments to accommodate different learning styles.
Having flexibility with wobble stools makes an incredible impact. Now students who benefit from movement or have trouble focusing can personalize where and how they learn. Providing these inclusive options promotes engagement and self-regulation skills.
The positive effects on student well-being and educational equity are profound. Your selfless contribution to our classroom community enables so many young learners with diverse needs to feel supported. You have lifted barriers to learning success and motivation for children who may have otherwise struggled.
I cannot fully express my heartfelt appreciation for your generosity. Please know your donation brings learning access, joy and possibility to many deserving students. You have made an investment into their unlimited potential.”

Funded Mar 30, 2023Thank you so much for donating to this project, I don't think you will ever truly know the impact that you made. Having access to high-quality, engaging books makes all the difference in nurturing a love of reading for my students. The books you have provided will help strengthen their literacy skills, expand their knowledge, and stimulate their imaginations. More importantly, your gift enables me to help foster their intellectual growth in a meaningful, impactful way. As an educator, it brings me immense joy to see students discover the magic and adventure of reading.
Your selfless act of contributing to my classroom library has not gone unnoticed. Please know that your kindness has made a real difference in the lives of many children and we all appreciate you. Thank you again for supporting the students' education and future; your compassion inspires me.”

Funded Jun 8, 2022This project was very hard for me to create, it involved selfishly asking for something that would benefit my daily routine. I asked for a new desk and organizing system because the ones we are provided are not functional and take up so much space.
With my new desk so much space has been freed up and more kids are able to work around the room and spread out. Often times kids get on each-other's nerves and having more open space allows for them self regulate and move away. I also have more space to pull small groups and work with struggling or advanced students.
I also feel so much less cluttered and I am SO organized. My day to day life has improved immensely and I cannot thank you enough for being so generous and kind!”

Library Refresh
Funded May 6, 2022Thank you so much for contributing to my project, my students have such a love and passion for reading and unfortunately that comes at the cost of a few lost books. When a book is deemed a "favorite" or students are bringing books back and forth from school to home, they get damaged. It's my favorite problem to have because it means my students are reading. However it's a problem nonetheless.
My students get so excited when a "book box" arrives, we celebrate and open each one like it's a gift.
Because of your generosity my students are progressing and reading all of our new books. Pretty soon it will be time to set up another project for more books because we can never have enough. Thank you for helping my students grow and foster a love of reading.”

Funded May 6, 2022Thank you so much for helping create an exciting habitat for our class pet to thrive in. With your generous donations we were able to renovate our gecko's (Goose) habitat. She is now living in style with plenty of things to climb on and explore.
My students love to interact with her and look for her in all of her favorite hiding spots. The heating pads also help her so much. She comes out of her hides to warm up on her heat pads and the kids get to watch her.
Our next steps will be to continue taking care of Goose and watching her grow. We have also been using her as a research tool to help us learn and practice reading informational texts. Thank you so much for your generosity, our class has benefited greatly because of you!”

Funded Dec 10, 2021Being a teacher and having to compete with instant gratification and the intense excitement from video games is tough. However, I have found that putting up decorations and transforming my classroom can give an old subject some fancy new luster and appeal. Thank you so much for donating, I have been able to turn my measurement unit into a candy land take over and many others including Mario Cart.
I love watching their faces light up when they walk in the room and see the transformation. It helps me keep them excited and eager to come back each day. I sincerely want to thank all of you for your generosity, but more importantly your support.”

Flexible Seating for Littles
Funded Nov 30, 2021My students work hard to earn their flexible seating options each week. In order to earn them they have to take AR tests and earn a "green average" for the week. Any testing average of 85% or higher is considered green. These students are reading at their own independent level and have no idea.
When the materials first arrived I had them spread out across the room. You would have thought it was their birthday! They cheered and screamed and were so excited.
Thank you so much for your continued generosity and support, it means the world to me and to my students.”

Funded Oct 10, 2021Thank you so much for your donations. The students have loved being back in the classroom and having such enticing STEM tools have made things even more exciting. My kids love coming to school each day to explore their creativity and build new creations each day has been such a joy to see. Our students have not been able to have morning recess this year and they don't miss the playground at all because they're working in teams and bringing their visions to life. The building materials have helped them with adapting and working in teams. They're doing so well now. I sincerely thank all of you!”
