Basic Printer Needed:
Funded Sep 3, 2022Thank you for providing our classrooms with printers. The printers have helped to provide more efficient assignments, have allowed our students a way to print their work, and overall made running the classroom much easier.
Students have benefited in such amazing ways. Our kindergarten teachers are able to printer handwriting assignments to send home to parents/students. We're also more able to communicate with our stake holders and parents through weekly newsletters.
With our kindest regards we thank you for your support.”

Funded Aug 16, 2021It is an honor to be the recipients of this grant. Your good deed will not go unnoticed. Thank you so much for helping me to provide the best instruction to my students. Using manipulatives to drive insturction was proven to be benefical for my students.
This year 83% of my students were able to score proficient on standarized math assessments. Incorporating new resources helped students to build their overal confidence and helped to change the way students view math.
From the bottom of my heart "I THANK YOU!"”

Help! My kids Need Science Kits
Funded Oct 11, 2016Thanks to you, my students are able to get a deeper understanding of the same science standards that once frustrated them. Before your generous donation, my students lacked the prior knowledge needed to master the current skills. They were also mentally and physically overwhelmed from being displaced from the recent flood. Learning took a back seat to other issues like (1) not knowing if they would eat (2) seeing parents unhappy (3) not having clothing (4) and no longer having a home. Since the implementation of Science4us, I simply can't keep the kids off the computers. They are very eager to finish classwork in other subjects just so they can start their lessons on Science4us.
Science4us is used as an interactive science tool. On Mondays, I introduce the topic and thoroughly cover vocabulary terms. The next three days students use the site to complete assignments on laptops or iPads. I am able to track and monitor the students progress from the teacher view. The students really enjoy the videos and the lessons that follow. They enjoy typing their notes in the online notebook as well.
My special education students enjoy the tool the most. The tool gives the students a visual and helps them to think through questions on tests.
Your help is just the push our students need to help build their confidence and make learning fun. My students and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Robinson
