A lot of my students come from underprivileged homes. Even though some of them live in difficult situations, it does not interfere with how enthusiastic they are about learning. My students are so dedicated and bright. They truly inspire me to work even harder. Our school is about 95% Hispanic, and 100% receive free or reduced price lunch. We have a high ELL population. Over the years we have made many changes. These changes have allowed us to go from an underperforming school to an A-rated school. I think that with the use of technology in the classroom, this will allow us to keep making a difference in our students' lives and continue to be one of the few A-rated schools in our area.
