My classroom is a departmentalized 4th grade classroom. I teach reading and writing to 50 4th graders of all different ability levels. In my classroom I have ESL newcomers who are just learning to form their love of reading and writing. My goal is to make 4th grade the best year of their elementary career. We have fun, laugh, make friends, and learn everyday! I hope to inspire my students just half of how much they inspire me everyday. They amaze me with their determination, drive, fight, and self worth. When you live in an inner city school most outsiders think students will fail...all of my students prove them wrong! 4th grade rocks!!!
