This project will give my students a learning environment that allows them to move while being mindful of their learning. They will have the opportunity to choose seating that allows the ability for focus. This will also decrease the amount of behavior in the classroom. Movement and thinking go hand in hand. Many studies show that students benefit from movement while learning. Students become more mindful when they are given the tools and the choices that promote success in the classroom. All these tools will promote greatness in my room. They will give me the ability to prepare my students for the real world by putting them in a mindful environment that promotes movement in learning.
