This science and STEM kit from Lakeshore learning will help cultivate future scientist. I hope to instill a love of learning, building, and problem solving in my classroom. I truly believe that the children in my classroom are the future of society. With the science kits and teachers pay teachers gift card, I will be able to expose them to the world of science. "Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow - The important thing is to not stop questioning" Albert Einstein. I hope that not only am I able to inspire all the children in my classroom, but specifically the females. The STEM workforce is only 28% female. I believe that with this Donors Choose, I will be able to instill a love of science and let them see that they have a place in the science and STEM field. “Don't let anyone rob you of your imagination, your creativity, or your curiosity. It's your place in the world; it's your life. Go on and do all you can with it, and make it the life you want to live.” - Mae Jemison, first African American woman astronaut in space.
