This project truly holds dear to my heart! Reading has always been a passion for me and I want my students to LOVE it as well! First grade is the place where students truly start to develop and delve into reading independently. I want to create a space for them where they can easily explore and attain books not only at their level but also to challenge them when they are ready. The classroom library aka BOOK NOOK is where they will be able to do this. The bookshelves and book bins that I am hoping to receive will help me accomplish this. I am so blessed to already have an abundance of books for my students, now I just need to be able to organize them. Thank you so much for your kindness! The picture that I posted is similar to what I want to recreate. It will be a colorful chalkboard theme that will be an inviting place for the students to go on many adventures through the wonderful world of reading!
