We will use this book for 5th and 6th-grade girls at our school who struggle with low self-esteem. We want to go the extra mile to help them process what they are feeling at such a young age. A team of teachers along with the school counselor will meet regularly and use this book as a tool to help build positive thinking through journaling and group discussion. This book uses inspiring quotes and journal exercises that spark reflection through writing, drawing, and list making to foster positive outlooks and mindsets. It will help the girls gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
