• Reading Unit Reader Tubs

  Thank you for your support and your generosity. Allowing my classroom to have unit reading tubs to help us stay organized. We love how you can see through the tub. We do not have to write on the tub to know what is in there. Having our books organized in one container is the most helpful way to store them when we are finished. Organization is key with children. It helps us move from one task to the next quicker and without wondering where it might be next time.

• New Supplies for Testing

  Funded Dec 13, 2024

  Thank you for helping my students and I receive some new materials to use during our testing this year. Pencils are a huge items that we can never have enough. Allow them to start each test with a new pencil and eraser will boost their positivity. Whisper phones are a huge deal to hear yourself reading while no one around you can hear what you are saying. Some students clapped when they saw we have enough to each student now! The other items will allow the students to wiggle a little and squish items to help with the testing anxiety. I appreciate all the help in getting these items into my classroom before we started our testing month this year. Thank you so much for your generosity.”

• Organize Unit Readers

  Thank you for your generous donation in helping my classroom become organized with their unit readers. The magazine/vinyl holders are great to use to sort the books by number so everyone can find their book. Not more hidden books in desk, we are now organized. The digital clock is big and bright for everyone to be able to see throughout the classroom. This will be very helpful during state testing when they need to know the time and figure out how much time has past. The unit organizer bins and a great way to store the unit readers when we have completed the reader. They will be neatly stored and organized for the next year.”

• Prize Patrol and Building

  Thank you for providing fun and unique rewards for our classroom. Students work so very hard throughout each day. Having fun rewards for them to choose from is a bonus to their hard work. The students have also enjoyed using the magic write boards to enhance their writing skills. They find writing these boards not a boring as pencil and paper. Again, Having a fun reward once a hard task is met is thanks you We all appreciate you helping provide these different rewards and ways to build our knowledge.”

• Can Do Reading

  Thank you for providing the opportunity for my students to learn more by participating in reading learning games. They ask me to play these exciting reading, grammar and writing games daily. Wonder if they realize they are teaching each other and learning new skills?

  The can learning games are a wonderful addition that also allow easy clean up and storage. We have a couple turn cards but nothing is lost. Which says a lot, they want to keep everything organize and accounted for so they can keep playing.

• DeskPet Restock

  Thank you for helping provide fun pets for our classroom. The child has officially adopted their pet this week. Each pet has been picked, named, and placed in an home. Each child is enjoying their little buddy to travel with them throughout the day. They have read to them, explained answers and some have been caught talking to them :) These little pets have also enhanced the positive behavior. We are now working on our positive behavior to earn food and toys for the pet. Thank you again for helping provide a fun interactive positive engagement opportunity.”

• Space Room Transformation for Solar Eclipse 2024

  Funded May 16, 2024

  Being able to transform the classroom into a space theme is fantastic. At the end of the reading unit is when we typically transform the room. The students enjoy walking into the room with the tables covered. Using space themed bookmarks, stress balls, pencils and a little space reading buddy for the day. Students carries the little space buddy around during their reading time. It was magical seeing the excitement of reading for the day. The light wasn't far the favorite of the day! Thank you for allowing our room to transform with the space themed items.”

• Daily Organization

  Thank you for helping provide organization material to our classroom. The hooks have been so beneficial, we have not a lanyard in six weeks! The hooks for headphones have given us a place to store them at the end of the day, it's been wonderful. The number stickers have been used for labels for each student. The bins have helped us organize station material and they have kept it organize each week.

  Students coming in each morning knowing where everything is and this makes it less stressful for all.”

• Fun Prizes

  Thank you for your support of our classroom. My students are very excited to see the new items that have come to our class. They have already asked about the stickers and squishies. How can we earn them? When can we get one? Are just a couple of the questions they have asked. They will be receiving stickers this week for completing reading minutes from the previous. I can't wait the see the smiles!

  Once they see the pencil grips, wiggle pencils, multi color pens and pencils decorations, I know they will be over the moon. Thank you again for your generosity and support.”
