Cozy Science Reading Area!
Funded Aug 4, 2021Thank you for your generous contribution to my classroom project. My students enjoy hands-on science and love to read nonfiction books. The area rugs were their favorite. They not only felt comfortable but also a sense of belonging in their reading area, thanks to your thoughtful donation.
Your donation of the science items, in particular, has significantly improved our students' focus and engagement. They used the items with great care. Your contribution has truly made a difference in our students' lives. We are especially grateful for these items. Thank you again.”

Headphones For My Enthusiast Learners!
Funded Aug 13, 2020Thank you for your generous contribution to my classroom project. Your donation of individual headphones has significantly improved our students' focus and engagement. They take good care of their new headphones, wiping them daily with Lysol wipes and carefully putting them in their storage bags. Students often boast to their parents and peers about this special gift. One student was so excited that he wanted to show the new headphones to the principal. Your contribution has truly made a difference in our students' lives. Thank you again.”

Funded Oct 25, 2014My students love the Super Science magazines. They were so amazed of the interesting articles that were published each month. I am using the Super Science magazines with my students during Science and as an early morning read. Students read the article and we have class discussions or they may have a small group discussion. In addition to that, students will complete the activity pages. As a classroom teacher, the Super Science magazines helped captured the excitement of science in my classroom; an important skill was introduced from Life, Earth, and Physical sciences. It also allowed my students to practice their reading comprehension and grade level vocabulary words. Students were very engage in the activities that were appeared in the magazines and they really learned a lot from the Super Science magazines. Thank you again for you donating to my project!”

Funded Nov 23, 2013Thank you, thank you, thank you! Your gift is so critical to our class. I choose to work in a school where the need is great, but I can't be a successful teacher without your help. It is so important to have hands on material for students learning.
Having the games and literature math books increased my student learning about fractions. They were very delighted and excited to have hands on games and math books that pertain to the skills they were learning.
The math literature has also allowed me to connect with students in a new way. I would read a math literature book and students would be able to make a math connection.”
