A typical day in my classroom is very busy! In teaching there is no "typical" day, because every day is filled with new adventures and challenges. I strive to help my students grow in confidence and work hard to teach them to persevere when things are challenging. Each morning I am greeted with 32 full-of-energy 2nd graders. Our school is very culturally diverse, and I have several different languages spoken in my classroom. I have very supportive parents, but our community has taken a huge hit with the economy.
