  • Small Group Table Success!

    There are no words to fully express how much we appreciate your help funding this project. This table has been a game changer for our small group instruction.

    We are now able to work together in a group of 6 to 8 students. The table becomes a meeting area for afternoon dramatic play for my New Comer Students as well.

    My students were so excited the day the enormous package arrived. Who would think that students would be happy to receive a table. Well, these student have an amazing sense of gratitude and appreciation.”

    I am so very grateful for you generosity! My students just love the interactive read aloud and videos that accompany the scholastic magazine. The topics are current and rich filled with vocabulary. We are able to have the experience of reading a periodical.   • Let's Try Some Pickleball

    The buzz of the school these days is happy chatter around his fun indoor recess activity of pickleball. The thought that these first graders have access to such a fun activity is so exciting. We have started them off with paddling balloons . The students look forward to their turn to learn the technique and strategy of playing pickle ball. The teachers have also enjoyed playing with students who need a little extra time for emotional support! Thank you for investing in our students . They are really enjoying playing pickleball .”

  • I Love My White Shoes!

    We just wanted to say thank you very much for donating to this project. My students are always so excited to listen to stories about their favorite character Pete the Cat! We have been walking along and singing his songs with lots of excitment. Your donation has made learning really fun.

    My students are second language learners who have been through quite a lot and your donation is helping to make them love learning. We have been trying to pick different authors to study and James Dean is our favorite by far. The students are being very brave to try out their new language of English and it is so inspiring to see them come out of the silent period.

My class is a mixed salad of fantastic fun children. I hope to keep them up on current events. These students come from all different backgrounds . Many of them have parents that are unable to read. Having a chance to sit and discuss what is going on in our world will help to better prepare them for our future as students.
