• Meet Me At Our Cozy Rug!

  Thank you so much for helping us to get this gorgeous cozy rug! My students squealed with delight this morning when they came into our classroom when they saw it. They were so surprised and kept saying "it's so beautiful" and "is this for us?". This was such a nice surprise for my students and we used it right away for reading. We also used it again for small group work and partner activities. I cannot tell you how much of a difference this has made in my classroom in one day. We cannot thank you enough for helping us to get this much needed asset to our room.”

• Classroom Library Cleanup!

  Thank you so much for helping us to get brand new durable baskets for our classroom library. Having these new baskets all in the same color make the library so much more appealing and organized. I was also able to put out many more of the books that I had in storage. The class was so excited to have more books to choose from. These baskets are large enough to hold many more books than the old baskets.

  We haven't had coordinating baskets in a very long time. My class and I are very appreciative that you helped us to get these baskets.”

• Wiping Noses and Cleaning Hands!

  Thank you so much for helping to fund this much needed project! I am so glad that my class can have soft tissues to wipe their noses as we approach cold and flu season. We may have wiped a few tears too.

  I was able to fully stock our classroom sink and bathroom with soap and paper towels. I was also able to give each child their own hand sanitizer which is very important before lunch and after recess. They were so happy to each receive one.

• Quiet Please, Students Working!

  Thank you so much for helping us to get these much needed head phones. The students absolutely love using them. This makes the time we use our iPads quiet. Students need to use the iPads for testing and listening centers and this makes for a stress free environment. Also, these are the only headphones that fit in our iPads so we are very grateful to have received these. They are also small enough to fit in our desks that do not have a lot of space.

  We cannot thank you enough for your generosity. The headphones are a huge asset to our learning environment!”

• What’s in a Name (tag Holder) ?

  Thank you so much for this invaluable resource! My students absolutely love having their name plate trays. These trays proudly display their name plates as well as help to keep their erasers., pencils, crayons and glue sticks from rolling.

  My students also love their name plates. Not only are their names displayed prominently, there are quick resources for them on there such as an addition chart, shapes and a number line. These items have made the start of our school year fantastic.

• School Supplies to Help Us Get Started

  Thank you so much for helping is to get these supplies. My students were so thrilled to receive the crayons, markers and glue sticks. They remarked that the crayons and markers were in such a big box! They are so thrilled to have new things to start our year. They were so happy to now have glue sticks for projects this year. We go through glue sticks pretty quick in second grade so this was so helpful. We also cannot wait to use the construction paper for our first projects about being a Good Citizen.

  They were also so happy to get the Clorox wipes to keep our classroom fresh and clean.

• Classroom Essentials Needed to Help Us Keep Going!

  Thank you so much! With your help I was able to provide pencils each day for my students which was a HUGE help to their families. The families of my students were very appreciative that their children didn't have to worry about refreshing supplies.

  Having a re stock of printer paper was also so helpful. The paper is expensive and this saved myself and the families so much money. We were able to print projects for the students that could be shared during class.

  Another item that we loved were the new Expo markers and erasers. My students loved having brand new markers to use during math lessons.

• Strengthening Reading and Writing in Centers

  Thank you so much for helping us to get these amazing reading and writing centers! My students love the 5 minute quickie vocabulary cards center! It is such a great activity to do when they are eating breakfast in the morning, it is quick yet so effective! My students vocabulary skills have improved so much.

  We also love the writing centers, these have improved my students writing. My students don't even realize they are doing "work" because the centers are so fun. They really loved the paragraph of the week journal and this strengthened their writing skills.

• High Interest Books = More Books Read!

  Thank you so much for helping us to get these highly sought after books. One of our favorite series is the graphic novel Dog Man by Dav Pilkey but the books can get pricey and many families can't afford them. I was so happy to be able to put a Dog Man book in every child's hands. I know the families were very thankful for this as well. I was also able to get Nar-wal which is another popular title but again pricey for families to purchase.

  My students love independent reading time because they get to spend time jumping into a favorite book.

• Replacement Computers Needed!

  Thank you so much for this incredible donation! My students were so excited and amazed that we were able to replace many of our chrome books that had be used and abused during the pandemic.

  My students love using the touch screen to enlarge text or enlarge a graphic. They also love the fact that these chrome books can fold over and become a tablet. These chrome books are also able to charge faster and hold the charge, something that was long gone with our older chrome books.

  Our class was able to get started right away with these new computers as they are user friendly and set up was so easy.
