Needless to say, this is a technologically advanced generation sitting in the classrooms across America. They have everything from iPhones, to the latest video game. Many of them have become dependent upon technology and do not go a day without using technology in some form or fashion. Having headphones in the classroom will help me effectively teach students that are more familiar with the Internet for learning than checking out a book from the library to study. For some students, the computer is their saving grace and allows them to have access to information that may elude them during regular, direct instruction. I want to put that information within reach.
