My students attend an Oklahoma public school that is Title 1. Our school is dedicated to meeting the educational, social and emotional needs of every student that walks through our doors. As a Math teacher in this day and age, I find myself finding and using different techniques to teach concepts. One of my goals as a 6th grade teacher is to teach students how to take notes as well as how to use them. I need my students to be actively engaged in the note taking process.
