  • The Wonderful World of Learning Around the Classroom

    Funded Sep 24, 2021

Skills or lessons introduced by this new text are as followed:

The posters are the classroom around the classroom for each child to have a lesson on reading print-rich materials. It helps them learn to understand text in a small setting on their level of learning.

Reading in our classroom looks a lot like fun times, gathering information from print-rich materials and each one gives their thoughts of learning to read print. It becomes a way of understanding what the picture is saying and use of own words. All of the children get a chance to touch, see and feel the items and apply them to learning made easy and fun.

The top group of children knowing letters and numbers figure out text first. It becomes obvious to them by looking at pictures and being able to make the sounds of letters to figure out what each word is about.”
