Full STEAM ahead! I'm all about STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Arts and Mathematics). I am 8th grade science teacher at the wonderful DuBose Middle School in South Carolina. I teach about 150 8th graders every year. I love doing extra curricular activities to increase my students exposure to STEAM. I coach FLL robotics team, Science quest( academic team), and Storm the Citadel (students design and make a trebuchet and compete against other schools on accuracy.)I would love to be able to incorporate this more into my classroom and being able to reach more kids. I want to give them the opportunity to see outside of our classroom into the World and see how STEAM makes the world a better place. They will have the opportunity to become World Changers.
