Technology is a critical driver of innovation and provides endless opportunities for student success towards future endeavors. It is something that is not going away; and there's technological advancements in every aspect on a daily basis. They are learning necessary skills to be successful as students and for their future. Learning the basics of technology has empowered our students to now present their innovative ideas on more than just a piece of paper. It also provides opportunities for them to connect with other students in interesting topics such as books, local community activities, and global issues. Technology opens the door to classrooms around the world for the first time. Currently, I have several students who do not have the resources to explore technology at home or at school. By providing a laptop for the classroom, we are able to provide more scholars with an opportunity to explore their presentation of ideas in a more innovative and creative way.
