In Common Core Standards, students are to use and create with up to date technology. It is to prepare them for 21st century careers, but all my students have is an ancient, glazed-over, over head projector to show transparencies that have been used so many times the print is wearing off!Our North Carolina school is going through very hard financial times. It is hard enough to provide books for every class, so technology has fallen to the back burner.
