Students are so excited about coding and STEAM activities. My 3rd graders will learn so much more than just coding with this project. Students need to have access to hands-on coding so they can have more opportunities as they grow. Teaching coding during Maker Time will build confidence and communication skills that students can use daily. Donating to this project will give students an opportunity to practice essential skills - collaboration, problem-solving, creativity and empathy. These skills will directly effect other areas of student learning. Using hands-on coding tools, such as Dash from Wonder Workshop, will give students a sense of achievement and build community in the classroom.

About my class
