• Classroom Organization/Instructional Materials

  My students and myself are so grateful that you chose our project! Upon putting all the materials they were so excited and surprised and for middle school students to be this excited over furniture warmed my heart. They finally have a specific place for their books and materials. I even have a cart to place all the materials students need such as highlighters, pencils, markers. It has truly been a breath of fresh air in the short week our materials have been up. Our classroom has run so smoothly I'm not digging through cabinets trying to find materials and my students are not having to take their materials home everyday. Thank you for your generous donation. It means so much to us, thank you!”

• Teaching Homebound

  My students and myself are super excited that you chose our project. The impact that this technology will bring into our classroom is essential during homebound remote learning.

  Many of my students don't have the necessary technology at home or quiet space to be able to focus during synchronous learning. We will be able to fill those gaps so that they don't fall behind because of any issue with technology.

  These AirPods have allowed our students to interact in a more private environment allowing them to grow in their own safe and quiet space.”

• Calculating in Science!

  Thank you so much for your support!! Often, simple computations hold my students back from grasping the larger concepts, which is why I asked for these calculators. With your help, our Science students will be able to leave their stress behind and continue their learning. Having a calculator handy may seem like something trivial, but it really will make a difference each day. Your generosity means so much to me and will help my students continue on their path to success in my science class. We are all grateful for your help.”

• Colorful Lessons

  Thank you so much for your generous donations towards our printer and accessories. When the printer arrived the my students were ecstatic! I have to admit I was too! There are so many ways that the printer has been used in the classroom. We got it all plugged in and ready to print and they were just dying to print in color! So, I printed some of the supplemental items for our stations and got them laminated and we started using them at once!

  The impact that this printer has on our classroom is immense! I now am able to print awesome teacher made items that I have purchased to help enrich and intervene the learning that is going on in my classroom. I have also be able to send student work, letters, and notes home in color. The convenience of having the printer in our room alone is amazing! I no longer have to wait until a break or before and after school to print something I might need in a moments notice.

• Incentivizing Tutorials

  Thank you for the snacks! The snacks that were generously donated are used in my after school tutorial program. At my school science tutorials are not mandatory these students really enjoy science are are working to improve their science skills.

  After a long school day it is nice to provide students with a snack to enjoy; when the snacks arrived my students were elated to see the snack cabinet fully stocked with different types of snacks it has become a awesome incentive to get my students to tutorials. The snacks lasted the first semester of school I have posted another project to keep our snack cabinets fully stocked for the last semester.”

  My students were amazed to see a habitat for Guinea Pigs that were over the moon seeing them run through the various levels. Our class pets are so important for my students' social and emotional learning not to mention we use them in science for various lessons.
