Exploring Our Classroom and Neighborhood With Ozobots!

Thank you so much for your donation of classroom Ozobots to help my students learn about community through STEM. My students were so excited when they first saw these robots and realized that they could code them to travel along a line they drew. They loved helping the little Ozobots find their way from "home" to "school" just like they do every day. We will be using these robots throughout the year to help the students learn about coding in their journey to become junior programmers who are excited about learning!”

Our Kindergarten is a STEM kindergarten where students develop 21 Century learning skills such as communication, cooperation, confidence, content, compassion, and creativity. The students in my kindergarten classroom are excited about learning and come to the classroom with a wide range of skills, expectations, expertise, and abilities. These students enter the kindergarten classroom eager, anxious, and willing to learn. It is very important that each of them is met at his or her developmental level and is taught in a way that keeps them excited and engaged in learning. I strive every day to teach in a way that reaches each child as an individual, challenges him or her to strive for excellence, and light a spark of life long learning!
