I am a new sixth grade English teacher and needing to build my classroom library so that my students always have access to quality books to read. I want to foster a love of reading and I feel that having a large and diverse classroom library shows my students how much I love to read. I will use these books for First Chapter Fridays where I will choose a book and read the first chapter to try and expose my students to new books. These books will also be available to my students to read if they ever finish work early.
