My students will be able to use the interactive projector to extend their learning in literacy, mathematics, science, and social studies. The projector will give them access to video content that will grab student’s attention, spark curiosity, and broaden their understanding of concepts. Videos will expose students to real life examples! Through the projector the students will be able to go on virtual field trips! The document camera will give students an opportunity to display their work and present their work to their classmates! This will help students be proud of their work and even boost their self-esteem. I purchased a hex-bug for my class and the students loved creating mazes and habitats for the hex-bug. I would like my students to continue their love for STEM activities by introducing them to coding! The Go Robot Mouse and Bee Bots are easily programmable bots that will not only introduce them to coding but will help teach them problem-solving skills, direction, counting, letters, and so much more. STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) is awesome.
