The materials and supplies I am requesting for my students will help them become more organized and proficient in the theater setting. This performing arts space is not just for our students. Having an organized classroom will help both our students and our school. This space will become a safe environment for our students and become a space that our school will be proud to present to the community. I have a book case on my list to make a theater/ performing arts library for them. There they will be able to pick and choose plays to perform from, research prominent members of the theater world, and browse a wide variety of playwrights. I have also ordered basic classroom supplies such as post it easel paper to create anchor charts, a broom to keep our stage clean, and a label maker to organize each class as they complete their work. These materials will make a difference in my students learning because they will be able to track their progress, be organized so that we can have a full class where they will not be delayed finding materials and give them a wide variety of written works to enhance their knowledge of works. When parents, friends, and community come to school events they will view this space and think this is what our school represents: professionalism, love, and dedication. This is a proud space!
