Choices, Choices, Choices!
Funded Aug 15, 2024Thank you so very much for the items for our classroom to have soft starts in the mornings as well as flexible seating throughout our classroom. My students have thoroughly enjoyed coming into the classroom and not have to "Think" right away. They are becoming more aware of sharing with others and enjoying each others company.
My students were in "awe" when the boxes arrived to our classroom. We opened the boxes together as a class and my students were so excited when they found out that people we don't know were kind enough to donate to our classroom.
Thank you again for your generosity for our classroom.”

Funded Aug 12, 2023I want to express my gratitude for funding our class project. My students were very excited when they received the news that their crafting corner got an update. My students will be able to learn different art techniques using water colors and colored pencils. Our crafting corner gets us back together and working with one another since the COVID-19 pandemic. The students love to help each other with their artwork. Thank you again for your generosity and allowing my students to have the materials to be crafty throughout the school year.”

Funded Nov 30, 2022Thank you for the generosity you have shown my students and me. The gift card for me to use on Teachers Pay Teachers Website not only impacted my students in my classroom but will continue to impact my future students. This gift card has given me the ability to obtain great tools for math fluency, reading comprehension, team building, and coding. My students love playing games while learning and communicating well with other group members. These manipulatives not only increase student interest but also allow students to gain confidence to share the things they have learned with others. Thank you again for your donation. Please know that it is greatly appreciated.”

Game Us Up Scotty!
Funded Feb 4, 2022Thank you for funding my project for the games I have been able to utilize in my classroom. Throughout the Covid seasons, we have been able to maintain in person learning for the majority of the school years. However, we were contained to "our class" when we were on the playground and in the cafeteria. These games not only allowed my students to have some interaction with their peers but also taught my students how to be a team player, share and follow game rules.
My students were so excited when they saw the games being delivered to our classroom door. I am so appreciative of your support for our classroom! My students are excited to learn because of the kindness of people like YOU!
In this project, I received many different types of learning games and activities for my students. Each of my students learn differently and this is a great way to encourage and involve students who need hands-on activities to retain information learned.
Thank you again for your support!”

Funded Jun 13, 2019Thank you for the opportunity to attend this Professional Development this summer. I was able to attend with a great group of educators from the school where I work. We are continuing an after school Robotics program this year and are able to expand the program to include another elementary school in the district. Because I was able to attend this professional development, we are able to reach many more students in our district and provide opportunities for their continuing robotics education in middle school as well as into high school.”

Funded May 31, 2019I am so appreciative of your support! My students are excited to learn because of the kindness of people like YOU!
In this project, I received an iPad mini to add to our classroom iPad mini station. Our classroom goal is to acquire enough iPad minis so each student can have their own to use on a daily basis. These iPad minis will serve many children throughout the years to come. My students all learn differently and this is a great way to encourage and involve students who need hands-on activities to retain information learned.
Our new classroom iPad mini is helping my students learn because they can complete activities using educational apps. My students also can use our Apple TV to connect to our classroom Smart Board and peer teach each other. This type of interactions with my students not only allows students to "teach" but also learn while doing it. Thank you again for your support!”
