  • Muscles For Swimming And Water Polo

    It has been a busy season for my student athletes. The athletes have used the weights that were donated and were able to gain muscle definition to help our swimmers excel in the water. The swimmers were able to swim faster and better than they did before. The students are very thank full for their success in the pool. Our student athletes continue to use the equipment this up coming season and have made great strides not only in there swimming but also their academics.   • PLJ Swimming and Diving

    This has been a great swimming,diving and water polo season for my girls and boys team. The girls won their conference. The boys moved up a conference and placed 3rd. My boy diver is the 2016 CPS 2016 diving champion. Our boys water polo team took 2nd in their conference.

    When my student athletes saw all the equipment, they were very excited and very thankful for all that they received. We immediately started using the kick boards and waterbelts. The kids are proud and taking care of all the equipment they received.

    Moving forward into the next season my student athletes will be using the equipment we received and do even better next season. I would like to thank everyone that helped make this possible.”
