Young students have a lot of positive energy! I am a STEM teacher with a vision to get the kids problem solving, exploring and collaborating with their peers. I give my students options when working either standing, sitting on a ball, or sitting in a chair. I want my classroom to be inviting, exciting and a place they will love to be in. With the fun STEM stations I have planned, I need tables that can fit 5+ kids along with materials to use and explore. My plan is to set up the tables as a science table, a technology table, an engineering table and a math table. The tables need to be open and manageable for the kids to get around. I do have my flexible seating that will work perfectly with the tables. I am excited to start my new adventure as a STEM teacher and can not wait to start opening up their young minds to be more creative. Whatever the students are learning in their classrooms, I will be extending it.
