Fun Fitness for Our Health!
Funded Jul 16, 2022Thank you so much for your generous donations to my project and students. With your help I was able to get play ground toys and materials. These will be an effective strategy to get kids moving! I ordered a variety of balls for the kids to play basketball, soccer, dodgeball and handball. I also ordered jump ropes to practice jumping coordination. I received 6 indestructible hula hoops that the kids will love.
Thank you again for helping my students keep up their health while playing. Having options to play with will keep the kids enjoying being able to play outside. This will help our class feel like a community too. Thanks so much!”

Funded Jul 8, 2022Thank you so much for your generous donations to my class! With your help I was able to get a treasure box filled with goodies! The treasure box will be a wonderful incentive to promote positive choices and behaviors in and out of the class.
I had my own children pick out the best toys and fidgets to add to the treasure box! They were excited for the students to be able to earn these prizes. Each student will have a behavior chart that they'll fill up after making positive choices throughout the day. They'll get a trip to the treasure box once they fill their chart. I know they will work hard to earn multiple trips! Thank you again for your generosity and kindness toward my class.”

Funded Nov 10, 2009My class and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the generous donation to our class. We love reading the Time Magazine for Kids on a weekly basis.
These magazines keep us connected with the community and the world. They have given us a ton of important information and helped every kid with reading comprehension and fluency.
The students also are able to bring the magazines home and share everything they've learned with their parents and families. Keeping the families involved with learning always has a positive impact! Thanks again for everything you've done for me and my awesome class.”

We Would Love a Color Printer!
Funded Sep 25, 2009We have recently received our new colored printer and would like to thank you! It has made all of the technology we do in the class more worth while for the students. They love being able to print their work right here in our classroom. We've even made cards to soldiers who are being deployed to Iraq on our new printer. We can't thank you enough for the gracious gift you've given not only our class but the classes who will come be a part of this class in the future.
Our class collected as many stickers off of the Sonic cups as we could and entered them into the computer. The student's were so eager to earn their printer they even voted to spend their Fun Friday walking down to Sonic. They all brought their own money and purchased drinks to collect more stickers. Thanks for giving them the opportunity to have a goal and more importantly reach their goal. We will be forever grateful. ”

Take a Seat and Enjoy the Ride!
Funded Jan 7, 2009My class and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your donation gave our class a chance to get new bean bag chairs for our literacy station. The students love getting to do their reading, writing and other activities while sitting in comfort. The students were able to pick days of the week that they get to use the bean bags. They came up with rules they felt were appropriate and have done an excellent job at monitoring their own behavior.
My students feel privileged to have someone like you who is willing to donate your time and money so they can feel at home while at school. You've really impacted me and my class and we can't thank you enough!”
