Essential Supplies
Funded Jan 15, 2025Thank you so much for your generous donation of essential supplies for the classroom. The students use their highlights to find evidence in the text we are reading to help their comprehension. The students will write a letter from the perspective of a fictional character to help them see different perspectives on how the printing press changed the world. They will be using evidence from the text to compose this letter.

Stem Learning in Fifth Grade
Funded Dec 3, 2024I'm excited to share our new science tools and posters with the students. They will love exploring the model volcano as they learn about Earth Systems. The Matter Science posters will help them understand how matter works, and the interactive periodic table will help them to become curious about the minerals and elements of the Earth, and an ecosystem model will help them understand how important it is to take care of our Earth.
These tools make learning engaging and hands-on, fostering deeper understanding and critical thinking. Students will connect theory to real-world applications, enhancing retention and enthusiasm. This step forward in science education will empower students to explore and apply knowledge.
Thank you for your support.”

Brain Teaser Games
Funded Jan 10, 2023Thank you for your generous support in helping us think! The students absolutely loved the games. I have them available to play during times when they are finished with their work. Many students quickly, but nicely complete work to be able to play the games. They even choose to play them when we have inside recess due to bad weather.
The students are engaged in learning when they are playing these games. The games cause them to think critically and to ask good questions to figure out the puzzle. I would highly recommend these games to anyone! Thanks again for your support.”
