My children spend eight hours a day at school and a hard, plastic chair is not the place that all of them feel the most at home. I feel like they need comfortable seating options in our classrooms. My children are often allowed to work around the room and choose the best possible working space for them. I currently have stability disks and 3 ball chairs in my classroom. I have noticed a tremendous difference when the students are able to use the ball chairs. They get their wiggles out and focus on their work all at the same time. I would love to be able allow every child the chance to sit on a stability ball every day.
