Our current classroom upright piano has a broken leg and is constantly out of tune. Tuning pianos can be very costly. By purchasing an electric keyboard, it will eliminate the need for tuning. Our out-of-tune piano causes many difficulties with playing accompaniments and singing in class. Getting an in-tune and mobile keyboard will give our students more opportunities to sing and play along with the keyboard in music class. In addition to being out of tune, our current upright piano is immobile and stuck in the classroom. During the Spring Program, we are unable to use the upright piano outside of my classroom due to its immobility.
