There are not enough words to express my joy, gratitude, and thanks for your generous donations to my class project. My students and I are so very appreciative of your support for education and creative, hands-on techniques for learning. We are looking forward to receiving our 40 mentor texts. They will be a great tool as we continue to grow and learn in the classroom. We can't wait to share some pictures of us reading our new books! Thank you again!”

Welcome to my first grade classroom! I teach a diverse group of first graders near Pensacola Naval Air Station. Since our school has a high percentage of military families, my students come from a variety of backgrounds. Since they are coming from all over the world, my class has a wide range of abilities and needs. I would like to update my classroom so I can meet the needs for ALL of my students. Additionally, I want to make sure my students are engaged each day and eager to learn.
