The materials I am requesting for my students are materials they will truly befit from. Flex seating allows students the liberty to choose where and how they feel comfortable learning. Giving students freedom in their education, whether it's a small thing like choosing how or where they do their work, can make a world of a difference. The Surf lap desks and the clipboards give me more tools to provide my students. Students start to focus on their own decisions and less on the people around them when they feel in control.
