In order to find their "inner fashion designer" students need the appropriate tools! I have the privilege of introducing many students to the fashion design world. Although they are very excited to get started, the tools needed are lacking. I work in a low socioeconomic school in which families are trying to provide the necessities such as food and housing. Extra supplies such as sketch books are not in the budget. I would like to provide basic art tools for these beginning fashion design students to create with. Who knows, the next Coco Chanel could be sitting in my class!
