• Back to School Supplies

  On behalf of my students and myself, I want to express our deepest gratitude for your generous contributions of composition notebooks, laminating pouches, and dry erase pockets. These resources have already begun transforming our learning environment and igniting a love for learning in my young scholars.

  The composition notebooks are now filled with the budding thoughts and creative ideas of my students. Every day, I watch their confidence grow as they practice writing sentences, telling stories, and exploring the joy of expressing themselves on paper. For many of them, these notebooks are their first real step into the world of written communication, and it's incredible to witness the pride they feel as they flip through pages filled with their hard work.

  The laminating pouches have become an invaluable tool for preserving activities, flashcards, and learning resources that are used daily in our lessons. These durable materials mean that my students can engage with hands-on, interactive tools repeatedly without worry of wear and tear. Whether it's practicing sight words, solving math problems, or playing educational games, these laminated resources will benefit not only this year's class but also future classes to come.

  The dry erase pockets are a game-changer! My students absolutely love using them during small-group instruction and independent work. From solving math equations to practicing handwriting, these reusable pockets make learning fun and engaging while also teaching sustainability. I've seen how excited my students get when they can "erase and try again," which has fostered a growth mindset and encouraged perseverance.

• Learning Tools Needed

  We cannot thank you enough for the learning tools provided by your generous contribution to our project! We have been able to organize our materials such as textbooks, notebooks, and folders in our chair pockets. Storing our materials in the chair pockets has been a time saver and also keeps our materials orderly so that we can hold and find our materials efficiently. We have also used the color ink to print our projects. My students take pride in their projects and because we can print in color, the classwork comes to life! We have also made good use of the electric stapler during our writing workshop time. Students are able to independently assemble their writing booklets without staplers jamming. Thank you again for your thoughtful donations and providing our much-needed materials to make this a successful school year of learning!”

• Learning Resources Needed

  Thank you so much for your generous contribution to our project! Our gift cards for Teacher Pay Teachers allowed us to purchase many fun, engaging hands-on activities! We were able to learn in fun new ways in the areas of reading, writing, math, social studies, and STEAM! For reading, we were able to get decodable passages to help our fluency. For writing, we were able to make our Opinion writing more interesting with fun topics. For math, we were able to have access to more practice sheets for addition and subtraction. For social studies, we had studied map features and even made a project called Me on the Map. For STEAM, we were able to purchase posters to help us learn more about coding vocabulary. As you can see, we were able to use the gift cards to their fullest extent! Thank you again for your help in making learning more exciting!”

• Calming Area

  Thank you for providing our materials for a calming area in my classroom. We have been focusing on developing our social-emotional learning and being aware of our emotions so we can better communicate our needs. We have used the stress balls, the books about kindness and breathing, and the posters to help us maintain a safe and inclusive classroom. My students are focused on getting along, maintaining positive friendships, and practicing compassion and empathy for our classmates. We are so grateful for your generous contribution to our class!”

• Books Focusing on Identity and Belonging

  Thank you so much for your donations towards our wonderful books! The books in our project were carefully chosen because of their themes of inclusivity, diversity, and acceptance. I have an ethnically and culturally diverse class. My students did not have access to books that had characters or experiences that looked like them or had similar life experiences. When students see themselves and relate to the characters and experiences in the story, they feel validated and affirmed in the assets they bring to the classroom.

  These books also provide us access to different cultures or experiences that broaden our perspectives and teach us that we are all alike in some ways while being different. This helps us to value diversity in how we look and live our lives. Thank you again for providing these powerful and meaningful books that are diverse and inclusive.”

• Help Us Organize Our Materials!

  I want to express my gratitude for your generous and thoughtful contributions to our class project! My students were so excited when I told them we were receiving our chair pockets to organize our materials. Once they arrived, my students quickly got to work to organize their materials. We love how we can store and find our folders, iPads, and workbooks in the chair pocket efficiently and effortlessly. From an instructional perspective, we have been able to maximize our learning time as we are now focused on the lesson than locating our materials.
