Coming from a Title I school, my students are not frequently exposed to diversity as a typical classroom should be. I currently educated 19 African-American students, OF which 8 are ESOL and 2 are classified as ESE. My students love working in centers and I love finding and creating new materials for them to use. My students favorite excuse is "I cant read" and if I can get my students to eliminate that saying from there mind, I will be content as my goal as their educator.
