Fully Bellies for Better Focus
Funded Sep 16, 2021This project has been a true blessing for my little learners. Many of my students come to school late and miss breakfast that is served in the classroom or their families were severely impacted by Covid-19 and are struggling with day to day necessities. This project has allowed me to create weekend backpacks, morning breakfast alternatives and afternoon snacks for my students. It is allowing them to make choices on what they would like to eat and learn about healthy choices when it comes to snack time. Thank you again.”

Keeping Our Germs to Ourselves
Funded Sep 16, 2021Thank you so much for your incredibly generous support to this classroom project. Keeping our germs to ourselves is even more important now during the Covid-19 pandemic. My students were so excited to get their own plexiglass shields for their learning environment. Many of my students said that they felt safer with the little "force field" around them. Learning happens so much easier when my little learners feel safe and comfortable in their environment. Thank you for helping me make this happen for them.”

Chair Pockets to Organize Our Learning.
Funded Sep 16, 2021This project has been so helpful in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our individual classroom materials and workbooks. Many of my student sit at tables and there was not a way to keep their school supplies organized other than to keep them in an old milk crate under the table. These chair pockets were a great project and allowed my students to keep their workbooks in the pocket that was attached to their chairs. Thank you again for your wonderful and generous support for my little learners.”

Communication Center for Organizing Class Work.
Funded Sep 16, 2021This was an amazing project for my little learners. Thank your so much for your generous support in bringing this project to life for our classroom. My students are so proud to have their own mailboxes and are really taking the initiative to keep their graded work and notes for home organized and in a safe place. This has really helped with passing back work in a timely manner to have a place where I can keep their individual work away from another students. This has also cut down on the contact by other students to their property. Thank you again.”

The students have already started using the watercolor pencils in class to draw and document changes in the life science area. Funded May 20, 2021This project has already been put to use many times in my classroom. This year students are back in person with the understanding that they are to share no materials in the other students in the classroom. Giving them their own set of headphones to use with their Chrome books has helped them to not only keep their germs to themselves but it has helped with administering the district tests. When all the students are working but on different concepts the audio in the class can get jumbled. Thank you for supporting my students and helping me give them the tools they need to be successful.”
