Tablet Technology and Fun Flexible Seating for Advanced Learners!

I cannot begin to explain how your generosity has impacted my 3rd grade students! Since implementing Flexible Seating into my classroom, my students look forward to every Monday morning when they get to choose a new type of seat. Whether it's the yoga ball (probably the number 1 choice), wobble discs, fidget bands, or more, the students are always excited about what they get for the week! It helps them to focus more and enjoy learning. It has also taught them patience (as they may have to wait another week to get what they truly want).

The tablets have changed our classroom on a whole other level! So far we have used them in our centers and for Social Studies projects where the students have been able to research our U.S. Regions for brochures they have made. The excitement and want to continue their learning because of the tablets is amazing. I am already thinking of other center activities they can do in order to use them again.

Again I can only simply thank you for your generosity. Seeing the joy on my students faces as they learn because of these simple item is so great. It is hard to keep Advanced and Gifted learners enthralled while learning and flexible seating and tablets have definitely helped me do so! I am sure to remind them daily of all you have given to our classroom. Thank you again!”
